I was in Uruguay one year ago on a business trip. I was exploring real estate investing in that country. I've never been there and have no idea what I was going to find on my trip. I don't speak Spanish and was by myself. I felt alone and honestly a little lost in my investing direction. This was a weird feeling because I have been investing for over 20 years. I googled real estate investment strategies and discovered bigger pockets. I listen to it everyday for many hours each day. David Green and Rob were the wind beneath my wings. I was reenergized and never felt more encouraged in real estate investing. I signed up for the Bigger Pockets San Diego 2022 conference right then and there. It's now June 2022, and I still can't live a day without my Bigger Pockets buddies. Thank you for your uncompromising honesty in your advice and opinions. Please always keep them that way. I know you get haters for being honest and practical but don't forget, people really do follow you for your knowledge and how you share those knowledge. -summer

I absolutely love BP. I recently had a question about getting an attorney for some rental agreement work. I posted that on the forum and BAM i got a number ricky tick quick. Im amazed at how nice and helpful folks are.
