ordered a book on 8/3/23, still have not received the book or any info about delivery. Feel like I wasted my money.

Your company does horrible business. First when I ordered the book I was not informed that the book was not in stock until a week after I ordered. Then I return the book..get charged to return the book and still waiting on my refund!!

I haven't received any type of email or update on the status of my book. No information on when it'll be shipped and sending emails seems to get automated responses. School books are expensive and my classes are about to start and I have no idea if I'm even getting my book. This is ridiculous.

DISHONEST SHIPPING TIMES. STAY AWAY. I had ordered a book that I needed for a class and had ordered the two day shipping to get it fast. They didn't tell me the book was out of stock and after 8 days the book still hadn't shipped. I could have ordered at standard delivery from anywhere else faster than here. Absolutely awful communication.

I keep getting emails asking me to confirm receipt of my order & rate my experience. I have yet to receive my order. When I check the status, only 2 of the 6 I ordered show shipped. And when I try to track the 2, there isn't any information available. In terms of shipping, Saturdays are considered a business day. I placed my order 11 business days ago & have yet to receive any part of it. I've never had this problem with Thrift Books or Second Sale...

I never got the book I ordered.

Cancelled my order with no notification or explananation. Then, did not respond to my questions.

I ordered my book two weeks ago, and it is still stating that it is waiting to be fulfilled. I’m two weeks into class with no book.
