BiggerBooksReviews of biggerbooks.com

Everything was delivered as expected. 4 stars

Received it in good condition in a decent time frame as promised.

If you’re going to order textbooks from this site, google the book first and see if it comes up under the shopping tab. Because if you just search within the website, it *will* give you an option but they probably don’t actually have the book. I think they advertise the ones they actually do have available so go by that first! Because I ordered two books: one that showed up in the google search and one that did not. The one that was advertised was confirmed and shipped and I got it. For the other one, I got an email saying they didn’t have it and estimated that they would “soon”. I waited a couple of days and then canceled that book order because I needed in sooner. So yeah: go by what they advertise!

Impressive service

Easy to buy from.

Good! Would recommend

BiggerBooks had the course textbook that I needed readily available and it was priced really well. There were options to rent or buy the textbook which I found convenient. Also, the checkout process was made easy and I was advised on my shipping options based on slower mail processing caused by the pandemic. I was very pleased with the overall process, and I received my book before the anticipated delivery date.

The package took a while to arrive at its destination. At least it got there. Iris Craig
