READ shipping options very closely
READ shipping options very closely. Granted that I chose economy shipping but I did not realize that the 4 - 8 business days starts upon the DAY OF SHIPMENT which could mean a week or two after the order was placed which is exactly what happened to 1 of the 3 books I ordered. Unfortunately the other 2 books I ordered has not even shipped yet and the order was placed more than 8 business days ago. At this time I have no clue when it will arrive, I am very unhappy but will not cancel order but lesson learned,

Disappointed in the quality of my used school books
I use bookfinder.com to purchase most of my books and found the two books I needed at a better price on BiggerBooks. Unfortunately, both of the books had more marks and highlighting than the books I typically receive from used book sellers in the same stated condition. While the price was good, I would rather have paid more for a less marked/worn/used book and will probably avoid BiggerBooks going forward.

I purchased a book for my environmental…
I purchased a book for my environmental science class. It never mentioned it was a e-book. So instead of getting the paperback book, I got a access card to a book online. I feel ripped off, and I feel scammed.

I didn't have any problems receiving my…
I didn't have any problems receiving my book as it came in a very timely manner, however, the book was in horrible shape. The spine of the book was broken and separated and pages were literally falling out. I hate to use some Gorilla Glue to put everything back together again.

didn't get what I paid for
Be warned! If you are buying a used textbook with online codes, you will not be able to use them. The website's policy states they will not guarantee their use. There are many better options than a website that won't give you what you pay for. Extremely disappointed and wasted my budgeted school money.
