I was not told that the item was not in stock for shipping before I ordered it and that it needed to get to the shipping warehouse first. I needed the book I ordered for class and I expected the company to make up for the extremely long delay with expedited shipping at no extra cost to me, but this did not happen.

You cancelled 1 book & gave me my money back. But I’ve never heard anything about the other book & that money was not returned.

A recurring problem with this company. Ordered a book and six days later received email " we were unable to locate a supplier for one of your items". This company apparently, according to the reviews, makes a frequent habit of advertising books they either don't have in stock or through a supplier. I've never seen this level of incompetence and I've dealt with many booksellers both large and small, many of whom rely on outside suppliers. Even when this should happen on rare occasion it shouldn't take more than 24-48 hours to contact a supplier and confirm if a book is available. It shouldn't take 6 days!

Books are identified by the ISBN which is located on the back of the item, this 10 or 13-digit number identifies a specific book, an edition of a book, or a book-like product (such as an audiobook). If you selected the wrong book, we do allow returns as long as you do so within 25 days. I will email you directly with return instructions. The book you ordered has the availability of “Usually Ships in 3-5 Business Days", this was listed on the website at the time of your order. This means generally it takes 3-5 business days for the item to arrive from the publisher/vendor before shipment. However, during peak season it can be a little longer it just depends on the supplier. Your item was shipped on 09/19/19 with the shipping method selected at checkout.
