Showed in stock to purchase the book, but in all actuality they didn’t have a copy and are just middlemanning. No notification of when or if I would get my $200 textbook and had to repurchase from a different seller for a scalped price. Unrepeatable seller who cannot deliver books for class. The reply incorrectly identifies a different order they did fulfill. Make no mistake this sloppy order handling will come for you too.

Back ordered a book I order a book and then was informed they couldn't get the book from their supplier. Know your supply before hand so I know if I order a book I will get it soon.

THE WORST I ordered my books on the 8th and its the 21st i understand 3-5 bussiness days bu they should have already been here my class has already started. I emailed them to ask about why my books have not made it to my house and the person talked to me like i was stupid. They did nothing to compensate for the issue.

TERRIBLE! I ordered a Christmas present (cookbook) for my mom this Christmas and have already been so disappointed despite the fact that I haven’t even received the book! I ordered it on December 16th, which I understand is very close to Christmas so I was not expecting to find much as far as availability and shipping dates. I specifically was looking for this cookbook that I had found on several websites (Amazon, Walmart, books-a-million, etc.) although they were on these sites, they were either out-of-stock or wouldn’t arrive until January. SO I was obviously excited to find that if I paid extra shipping and ordered that day, it was available and would arrive by the 23rd at the latest. THIS WAS NOT TRUE! All I got was an order confirmation email on the 16th and got no further information until I called on the 21st. They were easy to reach, but the agent informed me that the fast shipping only applies after they’ve received the book from a third party (I assume) and it can take up to 10 days to even receive the book on their end!!! WHAT?! It’s now the 26th and all I have received in my email is an updated shipping confirmation, but when I click “track package” it reveals no delivery date or even the location of the package. This has all been disappointing given that it has been Christmas time and it’s stressful to have to “babysit” your order after it’s gone through because it’s not being updated (or just not moving) and it’s disappointing that I’ve paid almost double what i would have if I’d used Amazon because it stated that I would get it by Christmas. I understand this site also sells textbooks and, although I’ve just finished college, I would never risk ordering from here again. The prices aren’t very good and this whole situation has been frustrating. I gave it a star just for the agent answering my call quickly and being as helpful as she could have been. I’m hopeful that when the book gets here it will be in good condition and my mom will love it🤞🏼

I've placed two orders in the past 2.5 weeks, each for a single book. After several days, both orders were cancelled & the reason was identical - the copied opening from the email today: "On your recent order #2650348 we were unable to locate a supplier ... " Here's the opening from the email from 8 Oct: "On your recent order #2649585 we were unable to locate a supplier ..." This web site doesn't appear to be a book "store", they appear to be a site that you order a book - then they go out and TRY to find the book. Good prices mean nothing if they can't fulfill the order. In summary, IF you want or need a book in a timely manner, shop elsewhere or be prepared to place an order only to have it cancelled several days later.

There is no automatic option to cancel your order, and despite writing IMMEDIATELY after ordering, I didn't receive a reply, and the package I wanted to cancel was shipped out two days later.

I never received my book and it has been weeks. I tried calling and sending in a customer service request and have heard back nothing. I want to return the book because I'd like my money back, or to atleast cancel the order if I can, but I cannot get any contact from this site.
