I ordered an Outlander 2018-2019 Weekly Planner. I received the 2021-2022 version of it. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered two books with expedited shipping that Bigger Books claimed were available. Bigger Books debited my checking account on 12/1/21, updating the order status to "order processing" (aka "preparing to ship"), but these books have never shipped. Beware: Bigger Books will take your money without actually shipping the product. I believe Bigger Books misrepresented its product availability and charged me fraudulently for expedited shipping. Note: The comment below coincides with an email I sent 12/21/21 to BiggerBooks asking about my order status and why they charged me for books they didn't have in stock. Per an email received today, my order was cancelled.

Found book paid for book, next day write and tell me order cancelled there was no book , wait to get money, and email says sorry , but here's a 3.00 coupon off your next 59.00 purchase , yeah right!!@ Nopes I buy way too many books to be treated like this !!!!!!! Here is order number 2686183 btw this book is still on your site! Got money back ,but this was going to be a bday gift for my hubby who has stage 4 cancer, he wanted to do birdwatching, something he can still do !! Huhhh never heard from these people again , and I sent all the info ...wow

Terrible, they advertise books they do not have then after you purchase send you an email saying, oops sorry we dont have that heres $3 off a $60 dollar purchase for the trouble. What a waste of my time.

Very bad experience with this company. I placed an order with them, they then ordered the book from another company. It's I two and 1/2 weeks already and I need this book by the 23rd (7 more days). I called them last week and was told the book was shipping from Ky that day. Still no tracking number so I called them again. This time I was told that they did not know why it hadn't shipped yet and that they sent an email to the other company and assured me that they would get back with me within the next hour or so. That was 6 hours ago. I had to call them again .....same thing, no one seems to know if or when my book will ship.

I ordered a book and one week later received, "...we were unable to locate a supplier for one of your items. The following item has been cancelled." It would've been nice to know that before I created my account, entered my credit card details and waited a week. This was a time waster.

The book you ordered had the availability of “Usually Ships in 3-5 Business Days", this was listed on the website at the time of your order. This means generally it takes 3-5 business days for the item to arrive from the publisher/vendor before shipment. Unfortunately, the vendor was not able to fulfil the order within this time frame, so we were forced to cancel your order. I ordered several books that they claimed to have. Over the next couple of weeks they cancelled each one. I did receive a refund, along with a paltry $3 discount code for a subsequent purchase of $59 or more. They needn't worry about my using it.
