Nope. Nope. Nope. Zero. Don't do it. It's like sending your money out into the universe, praying the books will show up at some point.. but Biggerbooks must secretly hope that you don't recall the order at all. How can you charge a card for an item not in stock for so long? Email inquiries for status weren't bothered for a response. Isn't it customary to only charge once an item has actually shipped? I have asked for a refund, let's see if I get it in full.

Do not order from this site
Do not order from this site. I placed an order on 8/27/2022 and have not received it. I am still trying to get a refund for my order. They appear to sell books that they do not have in stock.

Never order from this company
Never order from this company. They charge you immediately as opposed to during shipping. All reputable companies only charge when something ships. This is a big problem because they do not possess any of the items in stock and instead look for a source after you place an order. Most of the time they fail to find a source but they take 1-2 months trying before they give up. So you pay and finally get a refund a month or more later. If they do manage to find a source it still takes them over a month to find it and then have that source ship it to you. So even if you get the item it is well after you need it. If you try to contact them using the contact link on their website no one ever responds. You must call and wait on hold for an hour to get to talk to someone. The agents over the phone work for various websites not just biggerbooks.

They sale book without being able to fill it.
I placed an order to buy a book at 8/17/2022.
However, the book didn't ship after 3 weeks.
I asked them three times when they will ship the book.
The answer is that the book is hard to get and will ship the book as soon as the book is available. The funny thing is that I saw the same listed on their web site with a ON Stock status.
Today, I contact with their help desk again, and they just cancelled my order.
So don't trust whatever this web site listed.

Horrible Service and Shipping
I ordered a book and paid for the expedited shipping cost, which was supposed to be 1 to 5 business delivery. After 6 business days, I started a chat with the Customer Support agent, which took me 1 hour to rich the agent out. They said that there was a delay from a distributor, and the book was not even shipped at that time. When I asked who was responsible for the money I paid for expedited shipping I get this response from the agent:
"Again, I do apologize but this is the process. I have explained it to you numerous times and there is nothing further that I can do. A request to cancel has been sent, you have been advised that there are no guarantee and if it is not cancelled in time, you will need to return the item for a refund. Is there anything else I can assist with?"
My advice, Do not rely on this bookstore.

Scam warning
I needed a textbook for a college course I was taking, wanted the e-version for my kindle, and found a match for the ISBN on BiggerBooks. I should have known that having the best price online was a red flag. BiggerBooks had the e-textbook rental listed for something like $20. I ordered the textbook, and importantly, the listing included no other information other than that it was a rental of an e-textbook. Usually, the material will download to your kindle or send a link to your email automatically, but BiggerBooks sent a code through the mail. The code arrived in an envelope that said "once opened code is void" or something like that - warning that it could not be returned. I thought this was no problem, as I had no reason to think that there would be a problem with my order. However, the code they provided was a code that required a specific access link from a college teacher in order to be able to log onto the textbook website and THEN use the code they provided to access the text book. Well, of course I had no special code from a teacher. The instructions explaining this were INSIDE the envelope. When I reached out to BiggerBooks about this, they had no special codes to provide either- so there was NO WAY for me to access the materials I paid for, AND NO WAY for me to know that I needed a special code prior to trying to access the materials on the textbook website. It was not listed in the BiggerBooks materials listing ANYWHERE that ANYTHING other than the rental fee was needed to access the materials OR that they WERE NOT PROVIDING A COMPLETE PRODUCT. They refuse to refund my money, saying I had opened the envelope. This practice is misleading and they did not take into account thier own misleading listing when "trying" to resolve my issue. Feels like a scam.

Horrible… total scam
Ordered a book for an extremely important college course and even paid extra for 2 day shipping… about a week later I was advised that the book had not even yet been delivered. Since it took longer than what I paid for, I ended up buying the book somewhere more reliable. Finally when the book came in from this company, I had no choice but to return it because it was a waste of money. I was within my return deadline and was advised I would get a refund. A month went by and still no refund. Contacted customer service just to be told my refund will come in within another 60 days. I was also advised because of this inconvenience that I would receive $10 credit, which I never received. It's been about 60 days and still no refund. Emailed customer service again just to be told I will not be getting my refund because of damage to the cover and bent pages… this company had to book longer than I even had and it was in perfect condition when I sent it back. Of course blame the customer right? Sent my email and have been going back and forth about this issue and was told that I received an email about all of this almost a month ago. I did not. Then I was told to check my spam and trash… that was the first thing I did. I received no email about not getting my refund. Overall, this place is a scam. May seem cheap but they'll do anything to blame their customers and make it seem as if theyre never doing anything wrong. And yes I will be bothering customer service until I receive my money back!
