Made my order April 20th. Emailed them asking when my order would be shipped on May 15th. They emailed me back on May 17th saying that my order would be shipped in 2 business days. It's June 5th! I made my order over 6 weeks ago and have received nothing!!!! Never again!

I ordered from this website on April 14th and didn't receive my package in a timely manner so like a normal person I emailed them about my order and they replied its being processed and should ship in 1 week. Well 2 weeks pass and still no package so I send another email and receive a response saying my order was on back order when on their website it didn't say item was on back order. So I give the company the benefit of the doubt and wait 2 more weeks. Here it is 1 month & 2 weeks later and still no package or refund. So just for anyone else who is thinking about ordering from this company don't do it cause this company seems to be nothing but a fraud and they just hook you with good deals and never send you your package and kept your money.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a 2 piece in sept. Contacted them because the top was too small. After several emails I finally received a response asking that I return the top and they will send the correct item. October, November nothing until end of Nov. Owner sends an email saying she was in hospital and her daughter drop the ball however she promises to ship my item. It's now January and still nothing. I've sent sent several emails and left multiple voicemails requesting a refund...still no communication.

Ordered something on December 3 waited till the 12 it still hasn't shipped so I ask for a refund waited till the 23 rd of December to ask when I might get the refund so I wound up getting a email last night saying myorder as shiped of course I will be getting a refund if I have to track ms Jackson down here self ! Hope this helps you before you do business with then

Placed an order on Sept 8, 2016. When I didn't receive my item in a timely manner, I sent an email and was informed that my item was back ordered. That the item was on backorder was not stated on the site or when I placed the order. I was offered the option of choosing a replacement item. I emailed back a couple of days later with my replacement choice, which was the same price as my original item, $29. That was Oct 9, 2016. Heard nothing for a month. Emailed again on Nov. 12, 2016 and asked that the $29 I was charged the day I placed the order be refunded to my credit card. As of today (Dec 2, 2016) I have not heard back from Big Gals Lingerie, nor have I received my product or a refund. I hope they are enjoying my $29. I may as well have flushed my money down the toilet. I should have read the reviews. I would have never tried to make a purchase had I known. DO NOT buy from Big Gals Lingerie!!

I ordered once before and was very happy with my service and product. Naturally i ordered again. It's been a month and still my product is not here. Have sent several emails which i only got 1 response and that was the order was being processed. Really? It takes a month to process an order? Didn't take a month for the company to recieve my payment! Total crap! You can never talk to a live person and thier advertised company hours aren't even accurate. The office is closed most of the time when they are supposed to be open! Really sucks because my 1st experience with them was so positive and i like a lot of what they have, but after this experience, they have lost a customer for good!

I've been waiting for months for my order. My first order was extremely slow, but i foolishly ordered from them again. I have contacted them by email several times and was told it would be delivered. I will NEVER order from them again and I hope no one else does. After reading the other reviews, I'm beginning to feel like I have been duped. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT because they do have cute things.

way. You can consider yourself lucky if you ever recurve an order at all. You can't reach anyone by phone and they are just as bad by e-mail. Horrible company!
