I was so intimidated to start this process, and did a ton of research before deciding to move forward with Big Easy. I have been so impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and overall care model. As a newbie to GLPs, I had a ton of questions, and Dr. Kim was so patient with answering all of my questions while being transparent and honest with her responses. Once decided on a regimen, the medication was shipped and arrived overnight. There is also an app with a patient portal where you can easily contact your clinical team (doctor and nurse) or the billing department with any questions you may have. I don’t usually leave reviews, but it was reviews from others that ultimately encouraged me to go with Big Easy, and so I just wanted to pay it forward.

Be careful with Big Easy Weight Loss. I initially liked them. Dr. evaluation, transparent and reasonable pricing, personal customer service...BUT after placing my refill order I was charged $200 more and received less medication per vial. Pretty disappointing. My 2nd shipment arrived from a different pharmacy and didn't include any instructions on dosing. Especially important since it's so different. Looks like my personal customer service is an AI chat now. Frustrating. These were all changes that took place in 3 months. Shop around for sure.

Excellent experience with BEWL. The whole process was easy and painless. The doctor I met with was knowledgeable about my specific medical condition and I had a productive time discussing my treatment plan. The medication was delivered on ice packs in less than 2 weeks after my credit card was charged. I have been on this medication for almost a month and it has been effective.

The website was self explanatory. The communication was great. I planned ahead based on reviews and booked an appointment expecting it to be a couple weeks out. The doctor was polite and thorough. The shipment from the pharmacy was fast even over a holiday weekend. All documentation I needed for FSA was super easy to get. Most of all, every time I've had a question its been answered super fast and so polite. The medication i received is easy to understand and effective for treatment. This isn't your typical weight loss company like many of the big super popular companies that just want your money and dont care about follow up. These are real people who take real time to make sure you get the best service.
