This has been a great experience from the start. This company cares about me and my health! They take this seriously and make the right things important. Dr Kim was on time, amiable, listened well and tailored my treatment plan specifically to me and my goals. I felt confident with her. Cassie in service is incredible she helped me make sure I got all the info on my med delivery and eased my mind in the process. I had an appt on Wednesday and meds delivered Friday! Not just that y’all but the Reddit group is a great way to stay in touch and up to date with the deals and company developments. Huge fan def recommend! Great job BEWL!

I've been with them since Oct2025. I've lost over half my weight with them. I look and feel great. Their program might feel confusing at first but the doctor (yes a REAL MD) walked me through everything. She was great and I felt heard as a person and wasn't just railroaded into a box. Their customer service is fantastic.

From start to finish, my experience with Big Easy has been incredible. I was taken back at first having to pay $75.00 up front for the Dr. appt. but was reassured that if I wasn't approved they would refund me. AND that the $75 would go to my first order. I was scheduled with a real phone appointment, now some autobot... and my doctor was just amazing! She suggested getting labs since it had been years since I had labs done so I said yes. I asked her how much and she said "we pay for your labs".. ANOTHER win!! After my labs she approved my medication right away and with 4 days I had my order. The customer care team is always available by chat or phone... the doctor and nurses are available by chat... The price is very comparable and the pharmacies they use are top notch! I won't go anywhere else!
