My order was abruptly canceled after one week because it was taking too long. The website indicated delivery in 2-3 weeks which was fine. Will not order from you again.

I ordered 3 tires. Did not get any update. Couldn’t reach customer service. The phone that they provide is not working. Is there anywhere I can reach you guys?

I made a purchase on February 4 and until today I have not received any update, I have written through the page's email, I have sent messages through the page's chat as well, I have called the number that appears to contact you and no I get no response, what a terrible service, I need my money back or I will report it to the bank as fraud.

After reading the reviews it seems that its 50/50 on getting good results. in my case I ordered a Ryobi Nailer PBL350B. At that time, it was priced at $231.00. Everyone else had it for $299.00 or higher. I order it on the 12/7, The next day they ask me for my mailing address (which they should know it's on my order email that they sent me)?? I called but no one answered the phone, I've used their Web site email system, but no one has returned my message. Meanwhile I see that Home Depot is selling it for $269.00 and I would buy it from them, but I have a pending charge on my Credit Card from BigEasymart. I'm waiting for it to drop just in case they do send it. Otherwise, I have to return it if I get the Home Depot Nailer. Since I can't contact them to start a return, I'm afraid that they will be another problem. I can't say if this is a scam site, but their practices are very questionable. Sometimes cheaper is not always the best option, lesson learned! UPDATE: Bigmart, contacted me on 12/15, via a email stating the following: The preparation time from our supplier took longer than expected, so we canceled your order and issued a full refund to ensure you can purchase a product within a reasonable timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." The pending has dropped from my account. I will not use your services going forward. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Well I loved the prices and items it claims to have. Dyson animal 3 extra for $350!!? So I gave it a try. It declined my debit and a cc. So I think this is a little concerning. Evidently they don't want to have to backup their products, if in fact they even have what is described.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is horrible. Ordered dog food at a pretty good discount based on the fake reviews. It took a week for this scam company to tell me that the food was damaged in shipping. Said they would refund me in full, really? They are still advertising the food I ordered. Don't be fooled or taken by them !!! What a nightmare !!!!

Got an email on September 1 stating that "the preparation time from our supplier took longer than expected, so we canceled your order and issued a full refund to ensure you can purchase a product within a reasonable timeframe. We apologize for any inconvenience caused." What nonsense and waste of time.

I placed my first order with this company to try them out. Received a confirmation for my order, but in a week, they sent me another email that they are issuing a refund because they don't have the item. A total waste of time. Another company selling with great prices but with no product!
