Initially, I was concerned about ordering a product from this website, as I had not ever heard of BigEasyMart. After doing some research on the online retailer, I took the plunge and am happy that I did. The order was accurate, delivered ahead of schedule in very good shape, and was a good value over other online retailers. The only minor issue I encountered was the the name & contact phone number on the shipping label was not mine, but the delivery address was correct. It seems the warehouse that shipped the item, made this minor error yet it did not delay the delivery, cause problems with the warranty information, or cause any other impact.

I had been looking at a DeWalt 20v laser level for a while. Stumbled across bigeasymart where it was around $100 less than anywhere else. Though skeptical, I did a little research and decided it was worth a shot. It shipped in a couple days and was here less than a week later. The website they use for tracking could be better and the updates they send via email could have better wording/use of the English language, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. Will not hesitate to shop here again.

The price & free shipping were great as compared to all other vendors. My only complaint is theFedEx delivery. The box is marked for a specific side up. It was delivered upside down with damage from rough handling on the side. The inside plastic container was cracked open allowing a large amount of poisonous chlorine gas out. I spent an hour transferring tablets into safe sealed containers. Lucky I had an organic vapor respirator to keep this incompetence from killing me. This was entirely FedEx’s fault not the vendor. Unfortunately, this has been typical of that delivery service in my area as of late. The vendor should definitely address this with the shipping company.

Price great but shipping information was lacking

I ordered dog food through bigeasymart.com at a significantly discounted price and was a bit skeptical about it. I received the dog food yesterday, however it came from a chain pet store with no invoice so I was on the phone with the pet store to see why they had sent me the dogfood...We (the fraud department and I) could not figure out why or how this occurred or who the person was that ordered; until today when I got an email from bigeasymart.com stating my dogfood had been delivered... it was bizarre that bigeasymart.com was selling it for $25 less and then ordering it from the chain pet store and paying the extra to the store... I am not sure about this company and now am concerned because I used a CC to pay (they don't offer using a 3rd party service like Paypal, Venmo or Cashapp). I will have to monitor the situation and it is causing a bit of anxiety to be worried about this... I added a star because bigeasymart.com replied with a plausible explanation. I will most likely order from them again.

I was skeptical after I ordered from them but they delivered big time. My concerns can be explained by growing pains. They sent many status updates but my attempts to reach them were more trouble. In the end, I received a quality item in great shape at an unbeatable price with free delivery. I am now a big fan.

I ordered a Ridgid 10" table saw. It came early, without damage, and I am very satisfied.
