Despite the poor reviews
Despite the poor reviews I found on line after I ordered from them. I am pleased to say all bad reviews are bogus. This company is legit, customer service is very responsive, order arrived in good condition, accurate, and timely. Highly recommend

Great Customer Service and Timely
The mower was delivered very promptly but during transit, the box was mishandled which caused the provided oil to burst open and get all over the box and mower. I reached out about the issue and they determined that it would be best to have a new mower delivered to me. They followed up during each step of the process to ensure that I was able to get the first mower returned to them (which they provided the shipping cost as well as the cost for the boxes), as well as until I received the new mower. The customer service was fantastic all the way through! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future
