First cash out went fine, after that i worked up to 60 (+40). Never recieved it, history of the request removed along with a huge chunk of the coins. No email response. If you manage to get that first payment take that and go.

I had a balance of 10000 points and tried to cash out several times each time it came back minus 1500 points and. Ow I have negative 187476 points so I don’t know what is going on. No one at Big Cash will help me so I would not use this site period. They should be shut down.

It was fine for a little bit but it isnt tracking referrals and multiple games. I contacted customer service the first time over a month ago and I am still sending emails every week with absolutely no response.

This is not the site to gain some cash cause I had a 100$ which was 98$ with fees but when I cashed out it send like 90% of my earning back to my account and now I tried to cash out again and now nothing but I guess some things are to good to be true

I put in for a withdrawal for 15 dollars the next day my withdrawal was gone and my account says I'm 149000 in the negative. I been emailing the for months now no response at all. I love the site I just need my account fixed please.
