Bigcash keeps sending me emails to make a review. You want your review? 1 star. I had an offer that said buy a $5 purchase and get 1000 coins back ($5) did that, didnt get my coins. Messaged support THREE different times with proof of purchase and the game and keep getting the run around that my message is being sent to a different team and then never get a response after. Its been 2 and a half weeks and still haven't gotten my coins I made a purchase for!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS APP!°

I got an email today from bigcashweb.com asking for my Trustpilot review. The link in their email sent me to Trustpilot for bigcashapp.com though? I'm assuming it's the same company, so I'm putting the review in both locations. It was going well. Payouts were consistent & fast. I had referred a lot of people and planned on referring a lot more. Then Nov 13 happened. They ran a boosted promo, and I put some money into some offers, and got my balance over $100 pretty quickly. I followed the rules. I only did new apps I never had before. I was afraid the amount was too much too fast (even though I followed all the rules) so I didn't even request full cash out amount... only $35. My partial cashout showed pending in my history, so I figured it was just a matter of time. I never got the $35! I emailed support, multiple times, and got NO REPLY. I then checked the status in the cashout history of my account, and to my great disappointment, the $35 cashout record WAS DELETED!!! Completely gone. Not pending. Not anywhere! So, I'm supposed to think it's a bug or something? When support didn't reply? Sorry, but everything looks like this was very intentional. Then I log into my account a month or two later, thinking about trying to cash out the remainder of what I earned. But now they wanted me to verify my ID with them! Like.... you just took my money, deleted the record, and want me to give you my ID? Seriously!!! How about YOU give someone your ID after they scam you and delete the records! And now they email me asking for a good review today on Trustpilot. I would put 1 star, but they were good to me for a while, so I put 2 stars. But they shattered that trust by DELETING THE RECORDS and not even replying to my support requests. They stole and covered it up. Trust broken.

Well it started out great I made a decent amount of money until I started having tracking issues. Support would sometimes resolve and other times just completely ignore me. Now all my payouts are being reversed w I think no word on why this is happening or any response at all even though I have put lots of time and effort into earning these payouts.

I'm trying to redeem my winnings , and it's not allowing me to as soon as I push cash out it says contact customer support can you please help

The quality of food is not at all satisfactory. Ticket prices are high,service quality is low.

Um they said I have negative point and I have proof they say I own them money which is fair from the truth they own me money and only after I found a way to contact the ceo the problem was fix so yeah also try to get bribe to take this down like no that illegal I was just getting what was rightfully mine in legal sense so yeah don’t try to use. Debt as leverage
