This is the most terrible app you can download, there customer service is terrible and they don't even pay you out on small payouts. Please find something other this app. I promise you will be scammed out of the rewards they promise to pay you once you've completed task or levels. Honestly your playing games for fun and nothing more because your not going to receive anything through this website.

It was good however for small cash outs....
I thought that it was good. I cashed a thirty dollar payout. However after I passed the last two requirements for a game called ideal magic school, it did not record i did. I emailed multiple times, with screenshot evidence to fix the issue but no response. The pay out with the bonus would have been hundred dollars. So maybe the only pay out low amounts unsure.

Absolute Scam
Absolute scam. Do not waste your hours playing games or watching ads on this platform. I submitted a legitimate cash-out request for $100. It has been completely ignored, and the platform has refused to pay me. I have sent three separate emails to their support team over the last few weeks, and they have intentionally ghosted me. To make matters worse, they have removed all smaller cash-out tiers from my app dashboard so I cannot even attempt to withdraw lesser amounts. They are taking ad revenue from users and stealing their time. Avoid Big Cash at all costs.

Warning!!
I don’t typically leave reviews outside of Google or the BBB, but I’m making an exception because I think others should know about my experience.
Initially, I would have given this site a great review. I played games, reached the required milestones, and successfully received my first $15 cash-out within a day or so. That gave me confidence in the platform, so I continued using it and eventually moved most of my gaming activity there.
After roughly 50 hours of gameplay, I reached my second cash-out. I submitted the request, but the next day it had disappeared. My points were returned, and all cash-out options below $100 were suddenly gone.
I then received an email from the “CEO” accusing me of game hopping—downloading games, earning points, and abandoning them. This was especially strange because the company regularly emailed me encouraging me to download more games.
I did have several games in progress, but only one had been uninstalled, and I had done so before earning any points from it. I assumed this was a mistake, so I replied with a detailed explanation of the games I was playing, my progress, and screenshots as proof.
I never received a response.
I decided to keep playing until I reached the new $100 threshold. After approximately 150 hours of gameplay and a couple of small purchases, I finally reached it and submitted another cash-out.
Again, it appeared to process normally. The cash-out showed as pending, my points were deducted, and I waited for confirmation.
That confirmation never came.
When I checked the app later, the cash-out had disappeared—along with more than 5,000 points. Fortunately, I had taken a screenshot showing the pending cash-out before closing the app. Without it, I would have had no proof it ever existed. My account then showed that I was still more than 5,000 points short of being eligible to cash out.
I’m still receiving emails encouraging me to download more games, while my support requests about the missing cash-out and points remain unanswered.
At first, I was willing to believe this was a technical issue. But after seeing other reports of similar experiences, I’m no longer convinced this was an isolated glitch.
I can’t speak to the company’s intentions, but the pattern is concerning: a small initial cash-out builds trust, users invest significant amounts of time, and then larger cash-outs disappear or the requirements seemingly change.
I don’t expect to get the money at this point. For me, it’s about the principle and warning others.
**If you use this site, document everything.** Screenshot pending cash-outs, track your points and game progress, and save all emails and support correspondence.
I don’t want someone else spending 50, 100, or 150+ hours on a platform only to discover that getting paid becomes a completely different process once they reach a larger cash-out.
Do your own research before deciding whether it’s worth your time—and if you do use it, protect yourself by documenting everything.

You spend money, BigCash doesn't pay you!!!!
I would love to rate it higher this is a good app. Until it comes to getting paid or hearing back from support services. I have only been able to do one cash out and now it will let me try then not send the email to me and take some of balance before putting it back on my account. I have sent numerous emails from several email accounts to never get a reply. I would say try freecash and inbox-dollars they actually pay you and its incredibly simple to receive payment. Still trying to receive my money I made on this so called "wonderful" app. All this could be fixed if they would have just responded the first 8 times I emailed for help. I have video and screenshots of what it has been doing and of me trying to start a cash out, it saying pending then nothing just gone with a lesser balance. Before and after coin balances as well. So if anyone knows who to call or email to try and force them to pay me I'd just love that.

I am new to this app but it seemed ok…
I am new to this app but it seemed ok till you actually went to cash out. At this point they tell you that in order to cash out you must establish your identity. They then want you to send them a copy of your driver license front and back and a selfie of yourself. I wouldn't have an issue if they told you this before you signed up for the games and started playing. Very deceptive practice and I would guess they do this to sell your information on the dark web. I would stay away if I were you.
