Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

I used Big Apple Buddy for electronics shipping and was amazed by the quality of service. Very professional, very fast, extremely competent and polite personnel who helped me at all phases of the shipment. I would definitely use Big Apple Buddy again and strongly recommend it to everyone who wants to ship overseas!

I live in Vancouver, Canada. I ordered a Microsoft Azure Kinect DK Developer Kit from BIGAPPLEBUDDY (currently Microsoft does not ship the device to Canada). My order date was 13 Apr 2020. The estimation delivery time by choosing FedEx Priority was [16 Apr - 23 Apr] and I received the device on 16 Apr 2020. Super fast! It is worthwhile to mention that I payed $82.98 CAD for customs duties/taxes but it was not surprising for me, because BIGAPPLEBUDDY had predicted it by showing the following sentence to me before the payment: "Please note that you may be expected to pay customs duties/taxes once the parcel arrives in Canada."

I have been very please with my order. Ordering was very easy. The goods (Azure Kinect DK) have been delivered extremely fast to Switzerland, after just 2 days. Finally the seller contacted me to make sure that everything arrived in good condition. 5 stars service.

Ships to Malaysia!!! An incredibly large amount of brand names to choose from. I specifically wanted the Sol de Janeiro body wash and KAJA wink stamp wink eyeliner as I trust beauty guru @Glamlifeguru and was looking for online sellers that will ship to Malaysia. Unfortunately not many and then I came across Big Apple Buddy. Amazing! Happy with the list of labels and the items arrived in good condition. Will be using their services again. Thanks Phillis Chan and team.

Purchased an older generation of the Michael Kors smart watch as I preferred the style to the newer model. Was difficult to find in Australia for the right price due to being the older model - it was also cheaper from BAB even with priority shipping then it was to purchase here.

Excellent service - Really impressed! We brought an Azure Kinect DK - which was unavailable for purchase locally. Ordering was very easy, and the thing that impressed us the most was how quickly our order was dispatched... it arrived in NZ from the US around 4 days after purchasing - which is quicker than all of the other international commerce providers. As a studio, we will definitely be using Big Apple Buddy again for any future overseas purchases.

Fast and professional solution for acquisition of new electronic equipment unavailable in Switzerland.

Really liked the ambience of the office
