Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

What a wonderful experience start to finish. Phillis and her team were very quick to provide a quote and shipping options for the dress I wanted from Lilly Pulitzer. BAB was great in confirming my dress had been ordered, received and shipped to me, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the condition of my dress upon receipt. I have already shared this site with a few friends who will appreciate how easy shopping with BAB has been.

I am from Dubai in Sharjah exactly, i ordered a Blue Yeti x Microphone, and i am very impressed! i received it in 5 days with Fedex! I paid the Fedex delivery man the 5% of custom charge, but even with Custom+Fedex delivery fees the whole product price was very lower than my local store. I was really hesitant at the beginning, I made two weeks to decide to buy via bigapplebuddy.com, it is not very well known as a website, it is new for me, but finally I am very happy with my purchase. I hope they continue like that.

Since Google's Nest Secure is not available for purchase in Europe, I decided to buy it online. I found a few places where I could order it, but the best-reviewed page was Big Apple Buddy. So I decided to give it a try. Upon placing my order, it said my order would arrive in the next 4-5 weeks (which was fine for me). To my surprise, my order was delivered via FedEx, 7 business days upon placing my order and everything is perfect! I will definitely order here again.

Charging a 50 dollars for their service is alright but charging a whooping 162 dollars to get my product delivered to Germany + a 1.5 percent debit card fee + I need to pay German tax on top of that nearly a 250 euros, is a total rip off, I´m glad I only requested a quote , otherwise I would´ve been ripped off. I don´t recommend it unless you don´t mind being scammed. There are other cheaper alternatives out there

I recently viewed a couple of items on this site, and was going to buy them, but their shipping prices were too high—either $61/standard or $87/2 – 4 day, for a Samsung T7 which probably weighs less than a pound. In addition they wanted to add on a service fee of another $65 or so. They claim to be in the US, but I don't see any reason a company would need to charge over $120 just for shipping and handling… to Canada! I closed out the page before giving them my contact details, but I just received an e-mail from them a little while ago, without an unsubscribe link in it. If they've scraped my contact info, their Trust rating should be 0. Either way, I didn't sign up for e-mails from them and don't respond well to companies that contact me without my permission.

Recently bought a pair of Pixel Buds 2, what are not yet available in Romania. The whole process was transparent and I got accurate time estimates throughout the delivery process. In my opinion their service fee is good value for what they offer.

I recently purchased a laptop through them and had them ship it to me to Asia. Everything went without a hitch and the package came within less than a week in pristine condition. No fuss, no hidden fees; just place your order and confirm all the details and that’s it! Shoutout to Phillis and the team for their proactive customer service and timely updates.

Great service and great communication. Highly recommended.
