Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Superb, that's an easy word to think when dealing with Big Apple Buddy. I ordered the Surface Duo and whilst waiting for the product, changed the order to increase the storage size, was it a problem, no way. Phillis is charming & keeps the communication sufficient so you know what is happening with your order,. I not only recommend this service, I will be using it a lot more too. Thanks Big Apple Buddy & Thanks Phillis.

I preordered surface duo and got the item 5days after the formal release in the US. Excellent service.

Excellent Service for german customers. Always friendly and short response times. I used FedEx and the delivery was one day earlier than announced. Status of the item was mailed always with detailed information. Everytime again!

I ordered the Microsoft Surface Duo from Big Apple Buddy and live in the UK. First time buyer with Big Apple Buddy and the entire experience was smooth/easy and very efficient, I will defiantly be looking to purchase more products from them in the future. No problems with shipping and the device. The best part is I got it 4 days after it released in America!

Ordered a Surface Duo from BAB, the help from custom service and speed of delivery was great. Product was released on Thursday September 10th in US and I received it in Sweden on Monday the 14th, no hazzle whatsoever with customs or delivery. Would definitely use this service again in the future.
