Recently was in the market for the Titanium version of the Samsung Galaxy Watch3 but couldn't find it in the local markets. (Though it has since become available) I knew it was available in the US but had no easy way to ship it to Australia. Previous attempts and finding such a service to get a US exclusive item had not worked out. So after some googling, a reddit post pointed me to Big Apple Buddy and some positive reviews encouraged me to give them a go. Within days I was able to provide them with a URL for my item and within a week they were able to provide me a detailed quotation and even extended it for me to give me more time. Whilst there was a bit of a delay in getting the item to them once they purchased it, their communication through Co-Founder Phillis was superb and reassuring. Through FedEx the delivery was received in the space of a week. For anyone looking to purchase something from the US from overseas I couldn't recommend this service enough or more highly. Big Apple Buddy has, bar none, the best customer service I have ever received. I purchased a red Asus Vivo-book (BAB was the only retailer that had it in stock) for my mother for her birthday. The package was delivered in record speed (across the continent - from NYC to Calgary, Canada). When my mom opened it, she had a handwritten note from Phillis (co-founder). BAB also kept me updated as to the status of the delivery the whole way. The shipping fees are pretty expensive, but definitely worth the piece of mind I received knowing my mom would get her laptop in time.

Phillis and the team at Big Apple Buddy are to be commended for their impeccable service. Their constant communication via email and willingness to help wherever they can is great! I had a few problems with the delivery process of my Oculus Quest 2, which is outside of their control, yet they still helped where they could to make the entire process as smooth as possible. I’d highly recommend using their service if you would like to source items from America that aren’t readily available in your own country.

This worked like a charm. I wanted the google pixel buds 2 but couldnt find any importers in my country or in europe when searching the web. So i placed an order with big apple buddy. Didnt take long after my order was in they had ordered them for me, couple of days later they had recieved the buds and sent it off to me. It cost me much more than it would if i had the option to order it in my country or in the UK. 30usd in fees from big apple buddy on the pixel buds wasnt that bad, but the shipping with dhl and taxes to my countries gouvernment in import fees is what costs. But in covid times traveling is not an option either. I wanted the buds and big apple buddy made it possible for me to buy them so im happy.

After contemplated for the longest time (risk involved as I am ordering from thousand miles away), I ordered the Motorola Razr 5G. Amazing prompt response and continuous update, and finally received my order within 2 weeks. Everything is in order, and what a great way to shop! keep it up the great service!

Ordered a Surface Duo, received it in France the week after. I even had a word from them a few days later to make sure the order was received and I was satisfied. Personal service, fast and clean expedition, of course I am!

Skeppade till Sverige utan problem. Tjänsten fungerade hur bra som helst om man vet hur den fungerar. Om jag förstår det rätt så har de kurirer som antingen än går och köper eller beställer varan åt dig som du vill ha. Frakt och hanteringsavgift för kuriren tillkommer samt skatt från USA. Priset summeras innan du betalar. Det som kan vara bra att vara medveten om är att tullavgift kommer att komma senare med en separat avi. Jag såg någon som hade skrivit en recension och varit arg för att Apple Byddy inte informerat om detta. Detta är olika från land till land, så det är omöjligt för Apple Buddy att veta. Man får helt enkelt titta på tullmyndighetens sida och se hur mycket tull som läggs på, för den kommer senare, var så säker. Jag visste att det tillkom så jag var beredd på kostnaden. Trevligt att man fick en handskriven lapp som önskade mycket nöje med produkten man köpt.
