Big Apple BuddyReviews of bigapplebuddy.com

Amazing service, the customer service is absolutely exceptional and every item gets shipped without any problems

This is one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Usually, it takes two or more weeks to ship from the US to Denmark. With bigapplebuddy, it has only been three days. What a great company and a great concept. No problems at all and very straightforward to buy stuff from their site. A very happy customer who definitely's gonna use bigapplebuddy again!

Great experience. Ordered a Google Nest Outdoor Camera, received on the expected delivery date via DHL. Even had a note wishing us a merry Xmas :)

I must say that this is one of the best experinces I´ve had, with online shopping. Espacially having in mind, that I ordered from Denmark. Everything went smoothly from ordering to deleverance. It came 3 days earlier than I expected it. Furthermore, I want to highlight the exceptional service, when I recieved an email from Big Apple Buddy asking how the order went and if I were satisfied with the product. Super service. Super delevery and super product ( I ordered a Homepod Mini ) I can certainly recomend them. /Casper

I ordered a laptop (cause i need a us keyboard and i live in japan) and bought one through here! They actually arrived 4 days earlier so I’m really surprised! The packaging is so nice, lots of paper cushions (so happy about no packing peanuts). And its really nice that theyre very transparent about the fee and all. Definitely recommend and will use this service again in the future!

Excellent service, arrived quickly, personal attitude, see that you care about the customer, see you at the next order, Nir

Quick response, fast delivery, very nice and welcoming service with constant updates about my package! I absolutely recommend them!

I placed an order for Lucky Brand jeans through Big Apple Buddy for delivery in Amsterdam. The service was great. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and my order arrived ahead of schedule and with a nice friendly note. I would definitely use Big Apple Buddy again! Well done.
