Very fast, good packaging and no damage to the box. Aso they left a lovely hand written note in the box and sent a follow up email to make sure I received the package.

Big Apple Buddy had the Jaybird headphones which were unavailable in The Netherlands and surrounding countries. Ordering was simple and shipping was fast. Appreciate the personal touch when they checked in to find out if all was okay once I had received the great sounding products.

Ordered a Surface Duo to Europe and had it within a week! The fees are a little pricey but you really do get what you pay for. It was shipped fast and I really couldn't be happier with them. Will definitely use them again next time I need to order from the US.
