I made an order from Portugal. My order was delivered at the expected time with a nice message inside without any damage or any other problems. The website had the status of the package at every stage so I always felt informed.

Yoga 7i (16″ Intel) 2 in 1 Laptop i712700H 32gb Intel Arc. Its impossibly difficult to find this machine in Europe. BigAppleBuddy made it happen. Very well packaged and arrived on time, even a day earlier. Exelent service and will shop there again in the future.

Nice and handy shopping service if you want to buy items from the US. Customer service is excellent with swift responses on emails. Really nice is that little details are also thought about like including handwritten 'thank you' notes with orders. This makes it all a little more pleasurable and special to do business with this company. Shipping is also fast. Just be aware of the costs that can accumulate. Significant shipping fees and service fees can be added up on to the product costs. Also for returns and warranty you'll have to go back to BAB to get it sorted as purchase invoices (from the supplier) will not be sent out to clients and will be kept with BAB. So you then have to pay for the return shipping costs to the US and also an additional service fee for BAB. Overall a good, easy and trustworthy service. Just be aware of extra costs when you go this route.

I felt like a honored customer in this store. The item (Amazon Kindle Scribe E-Reader 10.2Display With Premium Pen 64Gb - 2022 - Gray) send from US to Czech republic by FedEx. It was delivered on estimated day. The care from Phillis Cham was personal and with interest if after delivery item is OK and my order fullfilled my expectation. I have to say, you exceeded may expectation and make my day better. Thank you and wish all of your customers same experience. Jelena
