Worst place EVER. They mislabel stuff and refuse to take any responsibility for it when they do and refuse to give you a refund. I’ve been burnt ALOT on this but since I wasn’t paying much I just kind of brushed it off. This last time was the last straw! My 4 yr old kid was playing with my phone while I left it unattended to go answer the door and bid on something random. To make matters worse, it was something that had multiple things in a box so it cost me $166 for a box of like 10 gummy vitamins!!! So I explain the situation to the worker who was walking around with a cart putting items away on shelves and she says well they won’t give you a refund for that but she told me to just remove the tag and put it elsewhere and when they can’t find it they will give u a refund. I even told her that seemed shady but she insisted unless the item was stated “as new” and it was broken or something then I couldn’t get a refund. I cannot afford $165 gummy vitamins! She made me feel like it was no big deal and told me ppl do it all the time.So begrudgingly i did what she said. So when i checked out and told them exactly what she says to do they made me wait 45 minutes to look for the item. After the first 10 minutes i just told the girl hey it didn’t work ill just tell them what happened and she said no dont because you will get your account suspended. Well they had cameras and found the item and now i looked stupid and like a criminal! Trust me they treated me as such too l. I even told them straight up what happened and they were total jerks. So that was the last straw for me. Yea me hiding it was not right and I would’ve never even thought about it if the worker didn’t tell me to do it. But it didn’t feel right doing it to me either but like she says well it wasn’t like I was stealing it, they will just reauction it. In short I’ve had sooooooo many items claim to be in good condition and when I inspect them they are total trash! I had bought a cat scratching post from them in good condition , opened it up and it was in pieces with the twine shredded to beyond repair and they says they couldn’t return it. I also bought a wrench that had horrible pics you couldn’t see real well but the description said it was a 1/4 in impact drill and it was nowhere close that was a “like new” product, and they refused to own up to their mistake and refund me so I am done. I spend way too much $ there for them to do their customers dirty like that. Do retail rush, they do right by their customers and no where near as disorganized!

Horrible customer service and warehouse is usually in a bad area. Horrible return policy. Make sure to pick up on the days they list or else you still get charged and they will refuse to give it to you. Even if they still have it the employees will say they don’t have to give it to you and will refuse a refund. Always check the item before leaving because sometimes the items are broken/defective or missing items. Even if it says good condition or new/like new. I don’t recommend AS IS items because they refuse to return it. Overall it was a bad experience and I don’t recommend anyone to use them. It will hurt you in the end, just don’t do it.

Total misrepresenting a small box of 15 items by the bid being 15 times the bid amount.

Like every other like business local retailers are ruining BIDFTA. They buy up everything to sell in their rip off shops. 30 specific items selling for top dollar off a bid site.

I used to bid a lot on items but you never know what you might get. Now they changed the pick up dates so you don't have much time to pick your items up that you've already paid for so you lose those items and they go back to get paid for again I'm sure. I tried customer service and they was no help so I lost several items that I paid for. If I could give 0 stars I would

I would give this company a 0 start if I could. They have rules on the website. I agree with what they have on there. I bought 6 BRAND NEW (Keyword) Hoverboards. Brand new means never been used shouldn’t have a problem with. Why would I need to check BRAND NEW PRODUCTS? Well if buy from bidfa u better check everything. I didn’t check my BRAND NEW HOVERBOARD. $250 dollars later none of the hoverboards turn on or work but they are BRAND NEW. What they are is refurbished. The batteries are cooked!! Took back to warehouse I was told i should’ve checked them. Why am I checking BRAND NEW PRODUCTS was my answer. Stay away from this place it’s junk!! Shop with A stock 10 times better
