Bidet BuddyReviews of bidetbuddy.co

Nice machine! My son loves it!

I have long been interested in using a Bidet and finally decided to try your product. I was a little concerned about the COLD water but it turned out to be a non issue. I have used it for three days and it Works!!

Superb product and customer service. I have used other portable bidets and Bidet Buddy is easily the best.

As a home bidet seat user, I missed having a bidet feature when traveling. I had seen manual portable bidets but Bidet Buddy was new to me. It looked intriguing so I ordered the Pure model. I held off writing a review until I had used it for a while and just returned from a week's trip where I used it every day. It worked better than I expected, with usable water pressure and a choice between two levels. I'd fill up the bottle with hot water before sitting and, by the time I used it, the temperature was just right. I found the capacity of the bottle more than adequate without expanding it. The battery charge lasted the whole week, and I liked the self-retracting nozzle, though it's unclear just how I would clean it if I needed to. I also like the ability to store the pump inside the bottle, which makes it much more convenient for packing. The only gripe I had was that, like many electronic products I've received, it will not charge from a USB-C power supply; instead, you must use a USB-A to USB-C cable. When I complained about this to support, I quickly received a knowledgeable and pertinent reply saying that future models would have the inexpensive modification to permit charging from a USB-C supply. A USB-A to USB-C cable, and a small USB-A adapter, are included.

Good product. Needed for travel where relatives don't have bidet toilets. Can recommend

Simply wonderful. I almost never leave home without it and I can confidently go anywhere knowing my bidet buddy’s got my back 😂

I like two both USB and power easy way to use it for travel, etc. Not bad! Great!!! I love it ❤️

I love mine! It is very handy that the cap is attached. I enjoy the capacity as it saves time. This is my second purchase....one for home and one for travel.
