Bicycle WarehouseReviews of bicyclewarehouse.com

Our son told us that our grandsons wanted a certain bike helmet for Christmas. I searched the web and found out that Bicycle Warehouse carried this helmet and I purchased two helmets in November. Our son said to buy large helmets so we did. The grandsons opened the presents on Christmas day and found that they were too large. Our son went to the website of Bicycle Warehouse and started a return which was quickly accomplished. I am very impressed by this company and will do business again. You can trust them.

Bicycle Warehouse not only has fantastic customer service but the products they sell are quality for great prices and a large selection to choose from.

Great customer service. They found an issue when assembling my bike and reached out immediately with photos of the issue along with several solutions. This is the third bike I purchased from them and will use them in the future

I would order from them again! Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. I ordered a Giant Trance X, and it arrived very well packaged, and took little time to get set up. There was on issue, the bike I ordered was supposed to come with a charger for the Sram AXS battery. I contacted them via email, and Kathleen as amazing. She was responsive, courteous and seemed to really care about customer service. They fixed the issue quickly and shipped me a charger. For me it's not so much that a mistake is made, but how a company responds, and I am very impressed with Bicycle Warehouse, and recommend them.

I wanted to inquire about the timing of when my order will be shipped. They were quick to reply, followed up, and gave me a more accurate estimated delivery date. Their email was very courteous and friendly.

Very happy with my bike purchase from Bicycle Warehouse. One concern after receiving my bike was handled professionally by Kathleen promptly and generously.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item and they were very helpful in the return process and getting the correct item ordered.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service I always receive. Kathleen is very proactive and knowledgeable and I can always be confident her & her team will work hard to resolve any concerns that I may have. I love the product selection and good value that Bicycle Warehouse provides. Highly recommend!
