Excellent product delivered on time and precisely as ordered.

Excellent service! Excellent product! Willing to work with you in any way to ensure your bike seat works/fits well. Highlight recommend!

One of their sales reps, Kellen, phoned me twice to make sure that my order was correct, and even made a recommendation for a seat to try and compare. Such a welcome surprise.

I'm very pleased with the service and response from Bicycleseats.com in my recent purchase. I contacted them being a novice senior biker requesting a discount to purchase one of their more expensive seat. I received a email from them offering a 15% discount coupon which I used for the purchase of BSJB-50134 10" Wide Berkley Saddle ISM Ergo. Granted the discount basically covered the shipping cost but hey it did help with the purchase. It rolled in yesterday, installed and road 8.5 miles. The seat does not have any suspension (which I hadn't noticed prior to ordering) so the seat was very firm. But the seat did address pressure points allowing for a much less numbing ride. I would like to see the seat with a less firm cushion, or maybe with gel pads, maybe a little thicker, and as a larger person, a little wider seat would be nice. I do like the shorter horn and the relieved areas which greatly improved the numbing aspect of biking. Would I purchase from Bikeseats.com again? You bet and I'll be watching for new and improved offerings. Thanks for what appears to be a very high quality product.

Superior Customer Service! They applied a 15% discount two days after I placed my order. They recommended a cheaper adapter for my seat and credited me a substantial amount of money. It arrived lightening fast, and the bike seat itself is perfection! It is super comfortable! Five stars all the way!

Most comfortable seat cushion for exercise bicycle! Highly recommend this product.

The recommendation as to style and model of seat for our purchase was accurate and welcomed. The quality of the seats as received appears to be excellent, time and mileage will tell the rest of the story. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism.

The seat selection and related adaptor for a Life Fitness stationary bike was somewhat of a random shot but has worked out great. The promptness in deliver was outstanding and much appreciated.
