Product was good but communication is difficult . No phone that works and email response was 3 days late.

The seat adapter fit fine on our C1 stationary bike but the bolts were too small to feel confident that they would hold the weight over a long period of use. The tools provided were useless.

I was told the seat would fit over my seat pole. It came as a seat only with no means to attach it to the seat pole. Seat looks good but now I must take the seat and the pole to a bike dealer to have them find a way to attach it. Otherwise I can sit and look at it.....just can't sit on it.

Seat was fine. But no one ever got back to me regarding my several attempts to verify the item was sent.

Product worked as intended, but rather expensive to get to Canada, and overall price for what it is. I chose to buy as I could not find the 4 point mount up here, but after receiving its basically the three point mount with an extra front plate. I could have saved half buying the three point one from amazon, then figured out the small plate... But again it works as intended and should last - just expensive

It did relieve pressure on my sensitive area, but the short rails won't let me move the saddle back enough for a comfortable riding position.

So far I have no complaints. I have just received my first seat to test and have not decided whether to return it for another one. I have had problems with seats for some time now and wish to get back into some longer range riding again. I average about 15-20 mi. before the seat becomes to much for the sit bones.

This gel seat is fine--a bit thin, not extraordinarily comfortable. I combined it with padded bike shorts for a pretty comfortable experience.
