Came fast
Came fast! Was a little hard to put on because I had to remove the seat from the stationary bike! But since I put the gel pad on, I have increased from 4 miles a day to 10 miles a Day! The comfort is so much better! I love it!

Great seat - sloooow delivery
I am pleased with the new bike seat - as advertised by Bicycleseats.com. Commfortable, seems to be good quality and reasonable price. But I'd have to give the company 3-1/2 stars overall due to long delivery. It took 5 days from placing order until FedEx actually received the package. Then additional 5 days for FedEx to deliver after quite a substantial shipping charge. I would certainly order again from this company (lots of seats!!!), but not if I were in any really hurry.

Insisted on Unreliable Shipper, Refused Refund When Lost
I live in Mexico and I contacted bicycleseats.com via e-mail prior to ordering when I noticed the only shipping method on the website was USPS. I explained that USPS relays to the Mexican post office, which is notorious for losing packages for months or forever. My e-mail was answered by Kellen White, who swore up and down that USPS always got their merchandise to international customers and that they would have full tracking information. Long story short, the Mexican post office lost the package, as expected. A month after the USPS last had any tracking info on it, I requested a refund on my credit card. Kellen refused, saying the package would have to be received at their warehouse before it was refunded "due to the increase in fraudulent returns." Insult added to injury! I can place a credit card dispute, but I should not have had to. This company's unwillingness to take responsibility for insisting on using an unreliable shipping method was not my fault and I shouldn't have to pay.
