Great seat, wonderful service.

I ordered this gel seat to cover the extra-large seat on my Vision exercise bicycle. The original covering cracked and was beginning to peel. I had reservations about how well this would fit the 12" X 13" seat on my bike, but it works beautifully. I used it for the first time today and I'm very pleased. Delivery was prompt and it was easy to place my order.

I found that the customer service was the best I had ever dealt with. I had some computer issues as I was trying to do all the business on-line since I live in Canada. I had sent pictures of the problem I was having with our exercise bike seat. The age of the bike was a factor for replacing the seat as parts were no longer available for this model. Kellen at Bicycle Seats was more than helpful. I consider him passionate in his responsibilities. The seat cover that he suggested works great. Thank you very much. I am a very satisfied customer.

This was greatest thing I could have done purchasing the ex-large gel seat for my stationary bike. It has helped a lot with me being able to ride longer than 20 minutes.

My seat came quickly...three days I believe. When I opened the box, I noticed the seat was missing the seat post clamp. I called, explained the situation - seat post clamp was sent out. I had a confirmation email within 20 minutes. I think two days later, clamp arrived. Nice doing business with a company like that...no headaches. Seat feels great, works great.
