very knowledgable and courteous. good service thank you

It’s far better than the Trek seat But it still isn’t big enough and my back hangs over and hurts. But not as bad as the Trek seat

Shipping was prompt and the product was just as described. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Bicycleseats.com in the future.

The nicely made adapter arrived today and was installed on my folding exercise bike. All the parts I need were included and the installation went smoothly. Now, I have been able to move from the cheap seat to one which promises to make exercising a bit more pleasurable.

The vendor, Bicycle Seats.Com, did a good job. The product was shipped promptly. However, the seat didn't meet expectations. I tried it with my bike on a trainer. This seat requires a lot of adjustment to find the "sweet spot". I thought I had found it but when I got back on the road the seat failed miserably. It felt like I was balancing on two hard baseballs. If you use this seat and can sit "upright" it will probably work. However, if there is any leaning forward as on an MTB, forget it. It just doesn't work. The product is well made no problem there. I returned the seat and the gel cushions. A full refund was issued within a reasonable time.

Excellent response when I had questions about the seat I wanted. They got back to me right away with the answers. I’m very happy with the seat I purchased and it arrived within a couple of days. This company is first rate in my opinion.
