Could not speak with rep over phone for advic. Emailed, and then recieved a reply to my inquiry. Helped me select this seat. Review of the seat: This is a small seat that protects the perineum and testicles. Overall impression: It is not really comfortable, but at least there is no pain when I ride my Schwinn Airdyne 7 exercise bike for 20 minutes. The split seat idea is good, but it should be BIGGER in width.

Overall
Overall, communication missed the mark....still using the pandemic as a reason for falling short....need to get their firm strategy and personnel beyond this....otherwise, the product met with my expectation.

Your gel seat cushions are the best…
Your gel seat cushions are the best (the expensive ones) on the market. I'm 70 yrs old and still like to ride but with a bad tailbone. I have spent allot of money on bike seats but couldn't find a good solution. A 10 inch wide flat seat with you med grade silicone pads work on most of my bikes. Cloud nine don't work but they have rounded tops. Thanks for keeping ridding my 4 ebikes and one scooter.

Ordered on the 25th with no shipping tracking sent yet. Emailed today to see whats going on. Haven't got a reply, but did get this review email instead... maybe make sure the item is shipped before sending a how we doing email. Initial email reply with product link was helpful, that earned the 2 stars.
