Cloud 9 is a great seat
Cloud 9 is a great seat, but was shipped without seat post clamp. Sent two emails about it missing and received no response.

Return Policy
After being shipped a Gel cover that was way too big for my seat, I received a FedEx label to return the product for a credit. Unfortunately I was credited original amount MINUS cost of return shipping. I don’t think that is good business practice and probably will not purchase from you again or recommend your company to anyone.

Super Efficient
These guys were quick with the delivery and even personalized my purchase by making sure it fit my stationary bike! They even attached the adapter for me. Definitely recommend!

Just received the new seat and it seems…
Just received the new seat and it seems to have an excellent ergonomic mold with a durable covering. Can't wait to try it in service.

Lack of Coomunication
First time I had to request a receipt, and ask if or when the package would ship. The first one was too large and I kept it because wasn't expensive. Placed the second order on the 14th of October. It is now the 24th and I am leaving on a trip. I have not received the item which I paid for Priority Mail. No response to my inquiry. Orders do not show on your site even though I registered. Ships from somewhere else. Won't use again unless ABSOLUTELY an item I cant get elsewhere. Why no tracking on your site?? It's common practice now. Maybe a website update is needed. A projected delivery date, or something.
