Don't expect help on refund if your package takes too long or is untrackable
Ordered early December and even paid extra to get it to me for Christmas gift, at this point it's been stuck since Dec. 30th in an unknown status and they refuse to refund me. I had to buy an alternate gift of course. Be aware they are not going to get your package to you from China in any reasonable time. No idea where mine is but they want me to wait 2 months before they will help.
