Dear Brynne, We are genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience, and we apologize for any confusion caused by our product description. While we strive to ensure clarity in our listings, it's clear we fell short in this instance. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will make every effort to improve our communication to prevent similar situations in the future. Regarding returns, we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints with our international warehouse, facilitating returns can be challenging and costly. Instead, we offer alternatives like replacements or refunds, which we believe are more practical for both parties. We want to assure you that our compensation policies are transparently stated on our website to ensure fairness for all our customers. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we would love the opportunity to make things right. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

Dear Andrea, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us! We truly appreciate your feedback and want to extend our sincerest apologies for any confusion regarding the material of the vase. We strive to provide clear product descriptions, but it seems we may have fallen short in this instance. Rest assured, we're taking your comments to heart and will work diligently to ensure our descriptions are crystal clear in the future. Regarding the material, we carefully considered various options before selecting acrylic. Acrylic offers the advantage of transparency while enhancing durability compared to glass. For vase products with many small edges, this material is more suitable than glass. We're delighted to hear that your sister loves the vase and that it's proudly displaying her birthday blooms! We're thrilled to have made your sister's day a little brighter. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help!
