Dear TheTameShrew, Thank you for your feedback on your recent vase delivery. We are extremely sorry about the condition of the packaging and understand your frustration. At Biblio Bloom, we strive to deliver our vases in perfect condition, but due to the long shipping distance, sometimes it is inevitable that the box may get damaged. In such cases, we always prioritize the interests of customers and have offered you a reasonable compensation solution. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Dear Sarah, We are extremely sorry about the recent delivery status of your book vase. Thank you for updating us in your email that another neighbor has received your package for you. We hope the beautiful vases will make up for the inconvenience you experienced. As we are in the US and we also only hire local couriers in the UK so sometimes there are incidents beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
