Dear Sarah, We’re truly sorry for the poor delivery experience you encountered. The carrier did attempt a delivery but was unsuccessful, which led to the package being returned. While we followed up multiple times in hopes of getting it redelivered, unfortunately, we didn’t receive further updates from them. Although we strive for smooth deliveries, unforeseen issues can sometimes occur beyond our control. We are actively working with our shipping partners to prevent similar situations moving forward. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused and truly hope you'll give us another chance to serve you better in the future.
