This was the perfect gift for a voracious reader in our family. There were many options available and I found the perfect title. Unfortunately the package arrived quite crushed and when opened broke into several pieces. I had resigned that this was a lost cause. To my surprise and delight the team reached out with a courtesy check once the item delivered. When I explained what happened, Jennie immediately tried to make it right and quickly shipped out a replacement that arrived intact!!!
