WORST BAG EVER…..DO NOT BUY
Warning : Zipsak Boost! Underseater is the worst travel bag I've owned. Tips over non-stop, even when not expanded. I packed it as recommended by the company and it still tipped over constantly. Total chaos in a busy airport. Customer service offered zero help.- don't waste your money!
For the price and reputation of the brand, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this carry-on and regret purchasing it.

Dishonest company
I purchased the small zipsak roller bag that expands to a carry-on. When I went to use it on my vacation, I was trying to use the rollers and I couldn't get the bag to stay upright, it kept flipping over. The strap isn't long enough when trying to pull it along. I thought I had the strap in the wrong place. So, a couple days ago I asked that question on their website through their Reviews section. I had given them 3 stars because the bag itself is nice and I liked how it expanded. I checked back today to see if my question had been answered and found they used my name, gave themselves 5 stars, and changed my review!!

Buyer beware on “unlimited return “
I purchased the Underseat rolling bag for an overseas trip as an extra bag since it was collapsible. I also purchased their “unlimited return” however this is very misleading as there is a time limit. I got the bag on sale but wasn’t going on my trip for 2 months. The wheels were clunky and the straps too short for normal individual so ended up having to carry the bag instead of using the wheels.
I tried to return the item but was told I couldn’t even though I purchased the warranty. It does not state that at all on the website so beware of any purchases from the website. I wouldn’t recommend the bag as functionality was not what I expected as a traveler

Broke after 9 trips. They block FB reviews for a reason
I purchased a $175 piece of Biaggi luggage that broke after just 4 trips by air and 5 ground trips. It was exactly two years and two weeks from the date of purchase. Even though Biaggi advertises multi-year warranties (up to 10 years on premium collections), their customer service hid behind a 14-day technicality and the fact that the bag is 'discontinued' to deny any real help.
Instead of standing behind their product, they treated my broken bag as a sales opportunity and offered me a 20% discount to buy another piece of expensive luggage from them. At $175, this bag cost me nearly $20 per trip. Why would I spend more money on a brand that treats their premium gear as disposable items?
I noticed they have disabled direct customer reviews on their Facebook page. It is clearly for good reason, considering they hold a dismal 1.7 out of 5 'Bad' rating here on Trustpilot for these exact same quality and support issues. Outside of their 45-day return window, they do not stand behind what they sell.
Save your money and buy from a company with a true lifetime warranty that doesn't hide from its customers.

The rollers are helpful but the pull strap needs continual realignment
I purchased the carry on bag with rollers as I needed something smallish that would bit under my seat.
Traveling in Europe we had long terminal walks and carry bags was not what I needed. This my purchase from this company
Unfortunately the strap to drag the roller bag continued to flip the bag… it is extremely awkward. I had to continue stopping to realign the bag.
So disappointed

Great concept, but failed after 3 uses
I really wanted to love this luggage. The design is smart and stylish—but unfortunately, it doesn’t hold up in real use.
I’ve used my Biaggi carry-on just three times. On my most recent trip, the wheels failed completely after only a couple of blocks on a normal city pavement, leaving the bag unusable.
I contacted customer service and was initially encouraged to submit a warranty claim. However, this was later denied, and my follow-up message has gone unanswered.
I’d genuinely welcome a response from Biaggi to resolve this—because as it stands, both the product durability and aftercare have been disappointing.

Poor construction, awful customer service
I really wanted to love my Biaggi carry-on… and at first, I did.
Beautiful design, clever concept—but after just *three uses*, the wheels completely failed after walking a couple of city blocks. Not exactly what you expect from luggage meant for travel.
Even more frustrating: I was initially encouraged to submit a warranty claim, only for it to be declined later—and now, no response at all.
A product can have flaws, but how a company handles it matters. I’d still welcome a response and a proper resolution.

Stylish design, but completely unreliable & poor customer service
I really wanted to love Biaggi luggage. The design is clever, the concept is appealing, and aesthetically it ticks all the boxes. Unfortunately, the actual durability—particularly the wheels—is completely inadequate.
I purchased the Lift Off! Expandable Carry-On to Check-In in October 2022 and have used it a total of just three times. On my most recent trip, after walking no more than two blocks on a standard city pavement, the wheels wore down and failed entirely. The bag became unusable, and I was forced to drag and carry it for the remainder of my journey.
This is not normal wear and tear. A suitcase should be able to handle basic travel conditions, and this clearly cannot.
What’s even more disappointing is the customer service. When I first reported an issue in 2025, I was encouraged to submit a warranty claim with photos and proof of purchase. However, when the product failed again, the company reversed its position and refused any resolution, citing a two-year warranty—despite the extremely limited use and clear defect. Since then, they have not responded to my follow-up messages.
A product can have flaws, but how a company responds is what really matters. In this case, Biaggi has failed on both counts.
I would not recommend this luggage based on my experience.
