Fantastic burger so long as it's cooked right
Just cooked one of their burgers at home here in Germany. I've been a fan for years and everyone I introduce it to is also impressed. They taste better than most beef burgers. It's an entirely different level of wizardry than any other meatless burger. It just occurred to me I have no idea why they're not everywhere yet so I google around and found this page. I see one or two bad reviews describing the flavour and texture it has before it's finished cooking. They probably tried to do it like a rare beef burger. Don't try to cook it too fast, let the delicious crispy edged browning happen properly
