We ate the classic and smash burger Pattie today (or at least we tried). It was horrible. One bite and we had to throw away the rest. The consistency and taste were awful! Like we had 4 patties it was over 8€!!!!! Never again

I've loved Beyond Meat burgers. I've always put the packaging in my recycling, only to recently be told that it isn't recyclable (in UK). We customers are generally a plant based community. That suggests that we are environmental, keen on recycling. I've sent 4 emails to different Beyond Meat addresses, without any reply. Unfortunately that leaves me with no option but not to buy any of the company's products again until they address their packaging shortcomings.

I'm not vegetarian but my partner is. What really upset me was the claim on the packaging "we believe there's a better way to feed our future". Does the company really believe this when they use non recyclable packaging? Found on a beyond burger pack. Film: don't recycle. Tray: don't recycle. Sorry beyond meat, not the way forward for me.

We used to really really really enjoy the Beyond Meat Classic Sausage Patties. Went to the store to buy some more and they no longer exist. We tried the 'new' 'avacado' something nonsense in the yellow bag. Nothing good to say about it. They totally ruined the mix, texture, flavor, the entire experience. I don't get when companies think they have the next 'new coke' that they totally ruin the product and trash their customer loyalty. Get rid of the people who came up with this idea and get back to the green and white boxes while you still can. Extremely disappointed. EXTREMELY.

I ordered Beyond Steaks and they were great. We ate two packages and the noticed that two packages were compromised. One steak was clearly impacted by air intrusion and I was not sure about the other, so they went into the trash. When I pulled the 3rd package out of the freezer, it too was compromised in the exact same manner and thus went into the trash. Getting customer service to assist is difficult and they only want to refund me for 3 steak. Each package is two - the package was compromised and I did not feel safe eating either steak. So out of the 10 I ordered, 4 were okay and it cost $100 for them.
