Honestly.....Beycome impressed me
Honestly, I was just trying to avoid paying a realtor commission, and I didn’t expect much. But Beycome impressed me. It was easy to use, and I got real inquiries within the first couple of days.

The property is not mapped correctly
The property is not displayed on the map correctly. I called 4 times to get it corrected. After being told it would be resolved the same day, here we are 35 days after listing with still the same mapping location. I also sent in a request (3x )for correction form and still no help. I usually do not fill out a review but this has been a real let down for me. The mapping location has put my property in a less desirable neighborhood. I think they have hurt me more than helped.

No answer at customer service
No answer at customer service, no answer in online chat, no one called at the scheduled call time, it is impossible to upload the required documentation after you pay.

Beycome gave my property the exposure…
Beycome gave my property the exposure it needed, and I loved being able to manage my listing directly. The team was quick to answer my questions whenever I got stuck. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to take charge of selling their home.

It is a scam company
It is a scam company, when you list your house after payment, two weeks later, your house listing shows a very bad house pictures. You called them to correct this mistake, they replied you they should do it tomorrow.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. The telephone numbers don't work. You get disconnected immediately. Took them 1 week to correct the mistakes and 3 weeks to respond.

Crappy software
Crappy software, they lie to you, customer service manned by human robots. Spent hours uploading pictures, descriptions and filling out forms which got lost. So glad I cancelled. If signing up was terrible, imagine the ongoing service.
