Rose and her team at Beycome are exceptional. Truly a rare find. From the first day Rose was and continues to be extremely kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything gets done swiftly and excellently. We had an open house the first weekend we listed and timing was tight, but Rose and her team worked hard to make sure our listing was LIVE in time. They didn't make excuses, they made it happen. And, since then we've needed to update our listing multiple times, make changes to agent remarks and other information that only they could fix, and Rose has always been prompt, congenial and ready to help. And, most of our communication has been done by text. Other companies are horrible at communicating by text or responding to messages and will "ghost" you, but not Rose. Always quick to respond and pleasant, never annoyed or bothered, and quick to remedy whatever the need may be. Truly a class act and makes we want to tell everyone about Beycome. I was looking for a simple way to list on the MLS, and other companies I contacted were not so pleasant and responsive. Rose and her team won me over and they continue to do so. I had a second property for sale and had to fire 4 Realtors over 2 years and finally stumbled on Beycome because I had it with the slick talkers who did nothing to sell my property. Within the first 30 days of Beycome, I got an offer! True story. The website is easy to use and their AI bot answered a lot of questions. They also have real humans the couple of times I need to call and ask questions. That nearly $9k is way better in my pocket than a do-nothing Realtor who sticks out a sign and just sits back. I was skeptical, never heard of them before but the sales process went easy through the local title attorney and offers and paperwork all went fine. End the monopoly on real estate, give Beycome a try. I'll be a repeat customer when the time comes for sure! Oh, they didn't pay me a penny to write this - former TV journalist here - this is a true testimonial.

I have been TRYING to list a property for FIVE days (several hours per day) on this site (Beycome.com). I have seen bad sites but, this one tops all. I am in real estate and buy and sell properties frequently. Most times I list properties via agents. But, once a while I sell and I look for sites that can provide MLS listing. This time I came to Beycome and the worst experience of my 35 years in real estate. Here are some of the issues: 1. Had to enter the same info 3 times (before and twice after I provided payment method. It would not save... each time was asking for payment... crazy. 2. It kept asking for more and more info, claiming that MLS listing and ZILLOW require the info. Did I say that I have been in real estate (I should know better). It asks for laundry room size and things that NO SITE ever asks. 3. OH let's not talk about customer service. You will NEVER get someone on the phone - unless somehow they call you. Hope and Pray. 4. If you do not complete something and/or require something else to upload or change info., you would never be able to do so. Although it provides you the steps, but forget about allowing to load, change/delete something. I will never again come back here. Become is TERRIBLE in every sense.

i am leaving this bad review because they were not allowing me to take calls from buyers. They were sending me voicemails through AI and no one was coming to the open house because of them.

You keep removing reviews about beycom. They can reach out to trust pilot to claim the reviews are fake they are not. I have called them 8 times over a refund. All you get is people saying that a manager will call you. They never do. They come here saying they don't know me. incredible, trust pilot is a joke, you pull down a review when asked to do so by the scammers. Newsflash, scammers lie.

We had an incredible experience with Beycome, and it’s all thanks to Rose F. Miguel Rapsing. To be honest, we weren't entirely sure if we were going to move forward with the platform—until we spoke with Rose. Holy smokes, this lady is INCREDIBLE! She went above and beyond by adjusting her schedule to meet with my wife and me, fielding a hundred random questions and guiding us through our best options. Since then, she has been a lifeline, making herself available via phone, text, and email. She is incredibly fast to respond and even quicker to solve problems. If you can work with Rose, you are in the best hands possible. We are so grateful to have her on our side helping us sell our home. She is freaking awesome! Don't write a lot of reviews, but Christian made this process of selling our house very smooth. Our experience with him was positive and beyond expectations. He was always available (and patient) to answer my many questions. He coordinated everything and all we had to do, was to take care of the showings, which we had no problem doing. Quite worth it for how much we were able to save in commissions. Also, the professional photos came out really good, and made a great impression with potential buyers. Honestly wasn’t sure this would work, but it absolutely did. Listed on a Friday, was live on Zillow and Realtor.com by the weekend, and had showing requests within days. The platform is straightforward, super easy to use, and their team was good to work with. Sold without paying a commission and saved over &20k! Highly recommended!
