Miss Strong, With all due respect, we tried to help you at every step. Over the course of two days, you sent 62 emails, mainly about photo ordering. Our team updated your listing nearly 20 times to match your requests. Many of your messages also used terms like “humiliating” and “embarrassing,” which made the interaction more difficult, despite our continued efforts to assist you. You also raised concerns about your listing on Zillow and the MLS name. MLS names are not based on the city but on the local board, which is standard. The information displayed comes directly from what you entered during the listing process, which we confirmed with you. You also expected your personal contact details to appear publicly, which is not allowed under MLS and platform rules, we explained this multiple times. Despite all of this, we issued you a full refund. Five days later, you contacted us again regarding ShowingTime, asking to be removed because your agent couldn’t schedule showings. At that point, your listing had already been removed for several days. We also provided guidance on how your "agent should proceed", but we did not receive any response. You were listed with other services before and after working with us, including Opendoor, and briefly relisted again ( 4 days) before removing the property shortly after. We understand the process can be frustrating, but we remained responsive, patient, and acted in good faith throughout.

I didn’t build Beycome for this kind of experience, and I truly regret that this was yours. Just to clarify a few points: MLS “zones” are not based on how agents search for homes, but on the structure of the local MLS board. School data is typically pulled from third-party or public sources—not manually changed on our end. Photo display can also vary depending on how the MLS processes and syncs listings. That said, I fully understand how upsetting this felt. I did my best to make multiple adjustments based on your requests, and I issued you a full refund. I know that doesn’t undo the frustration and was probably too late for you—and I completely understand that—but if you’d ever consider giving me another chance, I’d personally be happy to offer you a new listing and make sure everything is handled smoothly from start to finish. Hi Robbie, We take feedback like this very seriously, but we’re unable to match your first or last name or email with any active or past Beycome account, which makes it difficult for us to review what may have happened here. A few clarifications, since some points don’t reflect how the platform works: – You always receive your leads. Calls, texts, and inquiries are forwarded directly to you. – We use a tracking/forwarding number (required by many MLSs and portals) to protect your privacy and ensure compliance—but it routes 100% to you. – Your direct contact details are also available in the MLS (broker remarks / contact info) and through showing systems like ShowingTime used by agents. – Nothing is held back or redirected away from you—there would be no reason for us to do that. On support: we do use automation to respond quickly, but there are real people behind it. If you had trouble reaching someone, that’s not the experience we want, and we’d absolutely look into it. What you’re describing about leads not reaching sellers is not something we typically see—quite the opposite. With thousands of closings on the platform, users consistently receive calls, messages, and showing requests directly. If you’re open to it, we’d genuinely like to understand what happened. Based on our records, this review does not reflect an issue with the service itself, but rather a disagreement regarding a refund. Your property was successfully listed, and the refund request came after the listing had already been processed and published. We also received a fine from the MLS due to prohibited information included in the listing description.
