Bex are by far my favorite sunglasses. They fit well, are priced very well for their quality, offer great customer service. The flexible temples on certain styles are fantastic for active living, in our case, horse events. Best sunglasses ever.

Replacement parts arrived in a timely manner so now I can enjoy my favorite sunglasses again

I ordered A Blk Cap and Received a White Cap , I was looking forward to wearing that cap at the Dallas Cowboys Game to match a shirt I bought , now I have to return and wait for Correct color , really bad impression for first time customer . 😤😠

Love the look and feel of my new BEX!

Received sun glasses that were too big. Contacted Bex to return them. I was told I would receive a call back and a return envelope in the mail, but did not receive either. Been trying to get ahold of someone since. I have left messages and emails but have not gotten a response.

Bought a pair had them 4 months and the frame on the ear piece broke called customer service and emailed them but all I could get them to do is offer a discount on a new pair there is a 2 year warranty on them but they dont stand by that warranty when you look them up it says the frame is break resistant with memory spring technology well they do break and the warranty is not there they should just go a head and say we will discount your next pair if they break because of the materials we use
