They WILL NOT replace hinge screws or let you purchase them if one falls out😡
My husband and I both bought a pair of Bex sunglasses @ $200 a piece and we love the sunglasses. Well my husband had a screw come out on the hinge piece and he called and was told they do not replace them. He even was wanting to buy them just because he loves the glasses.It fid come with 4 screws in both of our sunglasses case BUT not the hinge screws 😡 After they would not sell him those screws and back their product we WILL NEVER BUY BEX GLASSES again and we referred several people to buy them as well.Not good customer service in my opinion!

We cover absolutely any damage to sunglasses under our warranty and this does apply to our full warranty. We went ahead and bypassed our normal process and sent out a replacement pair.
