Excellent service accompanied by timely communications and efficient logistics in receiving my special ring. The honesty in the evaluation of my ring's diamond was also greatly appreciated. You do not want a diamond dealer to scam you AT ALL, and in the case of Beverly Diamonds, I can count on them to deliver exactly what I order. I'll be back.

I was referred to this site through my brother in law and his friend because of their great experiences and I must say, they were right. Great product and solid customer service. Only reason I didn't say great customer service is because their banner reads "25% off ALL purchases made by ___time with financing available." Only problem is once you click financing, the 25% goes away. When I called to question this and complain, the lady spoke with her boss and was able to get me 10% off and said they don't usually offer discounts on financed purchases. I told her they need to change their banner becuase it's false advertising by saying ALL purchases. Other than that, a solid experience.
