I purchased this ring as a promise ring for my daughter. Faith and purity is taken seriously in my family and this ring is so pure and BEAUTIFUL like she is! I told her that I hope it becomes a family heirloom and that she passes it to her grands one day. The ring shipped fast and got here quickly. It was bubble wrap packaged and it was in a little cute box inside with a nice cotton lining keeping it safe and clean.

I love Beverly diamonds. I have a hard time finding rings that fit my fat fingers but I got a size 8 from Beverly and it fit wonderful. The ring is beautiful and came just as pictured. Would recommend Beverly diamonds to all my friends.

The ring I got from Beverly Diamonds Is beautiful and very comfortable. It's feminine and petite and suits my small fingers well. It has beautiful sparkle and fits well. It's Lightweight and well made. I've gotten many compliments on it and I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to shop at Beverly Diamonds.

Update 08/03/20 After 2.5 years, I have had Jeff Russels reach out to me seeking to re-establish their relationship. I am glad to say that after speaking with Jeff I feel a little better with the previous negative experience I have had. To mend the relationship, Jeff offered me a partial refund (on the exchange fee) and vows to work towards improving Beverly diamonds' customer relationship and transparency. A promising step that would help me buy something from them in all future.

They aren't terrible but they are a crapshoot and that is dicey when buying an engagement ring. I ordered a ring that was a great price but looked like it came out of a quarter (25 cent) machine. The prongs were crooked, the ring was all sorts of oblong, and it was never finished or polished so it was very rough around the edges. The sad part of this story is that I paid $150 for overnight shipping because I was going to propose that Sunday (This was Friday) and was too embarrassed of the way the ring looked. They replaced the ring with a much better one but the moment I wanted to do it passed and it was spontaneous but important and she would have died over it. For that reason, I will never, ever, ever, ever buy from them again. They wouldn't refund the rushed shipping either. Losers!

After talking to jacob, I would like to change my view of the management team with this company. Pending our latest conversation,Jacob changed what I thought of this company. He has earned my respect and business back! He also went deeper than that and showed me customer service that you don't get out of many people these days! I would like to thank him personally and say that if everyone sold product like Beverly Diamonds and have the cutomer service that Jacob has, then businesses would make more money. Thanks again!
