Buying my rings at Beverly diamonds has been a real delight! Each person I interacted with at the company was just endlessly helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. The Diamond Consultant was a tremendous help in selecting my beautiful diamonds and matching plain band, and in designing my custom setting. Everyone on the Beverly diamonds team was patient with my (many) questions, quick to respond, and worked hard to make sure that my jewelry turned out exactly right! Then my ring CAME! And oh my gosh... I had no Idea how Huge those diamonds were going to be! The photos I got last night showed me how beautiful it was, but when I opened the box I was absolutely floored by the Size of the thing. Took it out, put it on, and just stared at it with my jaw dropped. It is the most Beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. Anywhere. The setting is absolutely perfect, and the diamonds all look completely flawless and they throw off light like Crazy! I can’t stop looking at it. Please do not order from these people. They are scammers. They do not stand behind “100% satisfaction guaranteed” as they claim they do!!! We are still waiting for them to complete our case. We want our money back so we can get another ring, announce our engagement, & set a date. They kept putting us off. Sent two used looking rings. The diamond fell out the first time I wore the ring to church. We were treated rudely, passed around to 5 different salesmen, now ignored. No one will answer us! They have blocked our numbers. When we call from a different number, they hang up or put us on hold and never come back! Please pray for these people. Please pray for those of us who have been scammed! God bless you all!
